In 2026, I achieved a goal I had worked toward for most of my life — becoming an NCAA Division I National Champion while competing for Oklahoma State University.

Winning an NCAA title was an incredible moment, but it represented much more than one tournament or one weekend. It was the result of years of early mornings, practices, sacrifices, setbacks, great coaches, teammates, family support, and countless hours spent trying to get a little better every day.

Competing for Oklahoma State and being part of the tradition of Cowboy Wrestling is something I take a lot of pride in. Winning a national championship in an Oklahoma State singlet made that moment even more meaningful.

The title was a major milestone, but it didn't change the mentality.

There is still more to accomplish.

One of the greatest honors in my wrestling career has been the opportunity to represent the United States on the international stage.

As a member of Team USA, I competed at the U20 World Championships, where I earned a World Bronze Medal.

International wrestling has challenged me in a completely different way and given me the opportunity to compete against some of the best young wrestlers from around the world.

Putting on a USA singlet carries a responsibility that goes beyond yourself. You're representing your family, your coaches, your teammates, and your country.

Earning a World medal was an incredible experience, but my international goals are much bigger. I want to continue earning opportunities to represent Team USA and compete for World and Olympic championships.

Wrestling is a major part of my life, but it isn't the only thing that defines me.

Family, hard work, staying grounded, and treating people the right way are important to me. I want the way I carry myself away from competition to represent those values just as much as the way I compete on the mat.

As my platform continues to grow, I'm excited to build relationships with brands and organizations that align with who I am. I want my partnerships to feel genuine — working with companies, products, and causes that I actually believe in while creating value for the people who support me.

I also want to use my platform to give back to the sport that has given me so much. Whether that's connecting with young wrestlers, sharing what I've learned, or showing kids what's possible through hard work and consistency, I want the next generation to know that big goals are worth chasing.

I'm proud of where wrestling has taken me.

But I'm even more excited about where it's going.
